Will the trade-in value I receive from SEJAZZY AUTO  change?

The trade-in value you receive from SEJAZZY AUTO  is valid for 7 days. The appraisal will not change as long as the information you entered was accurate.

If I sell my car to SEJAZZY AUTO, how and when will I be paid?
We will provide you with a physical check when you hand over your vehicle to us at the time of pick-up or drop-off. If the vehicle is not in the same condition as stated during the online appraisal, we may need to make adjustments to the total amount, and reschedule your appointment.
Will you price match or negotiate on my trade value?
We do not price match or negotiate your trade-in offer. SEJAZZY AUTO strives to provide a haggle and hassle-free experience for our customers, so we provide our best offer up front.
What documentation is required to sell my car to SEJAZZY AUTO?

You'll be asked to provide pictures of the current odometer reading from your dashboard and driver's licenses of the individuals listed on the title or registration. Other supporting documentation depends on whether you own the vehicle outright or have a lien on the car.

If you own the vehicle outright, we'll need:

  • A picture of the front and back of your trade title. Be sure to include all four corners of the document in your pictures.
  • If you live in the Lagos state and are trading in your vehicle, you must be listed as an owner on the front of the title. In the event you are not listed on the title, we will need to buy your vehicle as a separate transaction.
  • Please note if anyone other than you is listed on the title, they will need to be present at the time of delivery.

If you have a lien on your vehicle:

  • We'll need a picture of your vehicle's 10-day payoff statement.
  • We'll need a picture of the registration card.

*If your vehicle has negative equity, we will also need a picture of the front and back of a certified check for the amount of negative equity. Please speak with a member of our Customer Advocate team before getting this check so we can tell you the exact amount owed.
